i love the feeling of being hungry! when i'm full i feel heavy and disgusting but when i'm hungry and my stomach is empty i feel light and pure. i also figured out that i do fine until about 5 p.m. and then i binge. i need to figure out a way to distract myself until bedtime so i don't fuck up my whole day with a bunch of nasty food. especially since i can't purge when i do binge. i need to learn self control and remember what my long term goal is. i love getting on the scale and seeing the numbers drop, it's a rush and it makes me want to keep going. does anyone know any good butt and thigh workouts? that's where practically all my weight is and i need to help move it along. well girls/guys i love you all! stay strong and think thin! <3 oh and also, does anyone know any good thinspirational books or songs? thanks!
