the past few days have been awesome! i've stayed under 700 cals every day for the past 5 and last monday i weighed 145, today i'm down to 137. i feel soooo good and happy. i hope you girls are doing well too!

my boyfriend is noticing my weight loss.
he's not suspicious yet but it made me feel great!
i was in the bathroom in my sports bra and he commented on how much my boobs have shrunk and how my ribs are showing more clearly.
then he asked if i was making myself throw up and i laughed and told him no.
then he said oh, well you look great.
yes!
it's such motivation to keep on losing more.
i love you girls you're like cyberfamily =]

okay so every day after i haven't eaten in a while i get really dizzy whoch i know is normal, but does anyone else get nauseated as well?

i love the feeling of being hungry!
when i'm full i feel heavy and disgusting but when i'm hungry and my stomach is empty i feel light and pure.
i also figured out that i do fine until about 5 p.m. and then i binge.
i need to figure out a way to distract myself until bedtime so i don't fuck up my whole day with a bunch of nasty food.
especially since i can't purge when i do binge.
i need to learn self control and remember what my long term goal is.
i love getting on the scale and seeing the numbers drop, it's a rush and it makes me want to keep going.
does anyone know any good butt and thigh workouts?
that's where practically all my weight is and i need to help move it along.
well girls/guys i love you all!

i feel so disgusting.
today i've had 3 glasses of water and i feel great.

how quickly do you lose weight on a fast?
what do you eat or do you just drink water?
and won't i pass out if all i drink ois water for days at a time?

i fucking hate valentine's day.
my totally sweet boyfriend got me a chocolate rose (i told him it was too pretty to eat, so it got me out of that)
and a huge box of russel stover chocolates.
i've already eaten half the box.
i feel too bad not to eat them...
but i also counted on being able to purge.
i'm not really a purger, just in emergencies but it never works.
i'll gag forever really hard but nothing ever comes up.
help??!!
